Newly refurbished for 2020 – The Garden Apartment is a beautiful contemporary apartment located minutes from Newquay town centre and less than 100 metres from two of Newquay’s most popular beaches, Great Western Beach and Towan Beach

The Garden Apartment is the perfect choice for couples, small families and mixed groups. Its also ideal for contact workers who prefer serviced accommodation to a hotel.

There is an allocated car parking space at the rear, which is very handy as parking is limited in Newquay.

The Garden Apartment has been finished to a very high standard with contemporary furnishings throughout. We use 100% Egyptian Cotton Bed Linen and Towels and duck feather and down duvet covers to create a luxury hotel feel, but with the space and freedom of a privately-owned, self-catering apartment.

Guest who stay at The Garden Apartment will have exclusive access to the outside garden terrace, this is a lovely relaxing space where guests can relax and really unwind on there holiday.

The Garden Apartment is also fitted with the FREE BT Infinity Fibre Optic (Wi-Fi), which is available throughout, even on the garden terrace. Netflix is also available to guests free of charge.

Guests will have exclusive access to all of the Garden Apartment including the Sun Terrace

There are 8 different beaches within easy walking distance of the Newquay town centre. All of them with golden sands and Atlantic breakers, and each of them offering them a different beach experience for every day of your stay.

Situated on the rugged coastline of North Cornwall, Newquay boasts some of the finest views in the UK of the mighty Atlantic Ocean.

The perfect natural conditions produce an ideal surfing coast, which has tempted surfers from all over the world to visit Newquay and try out the waves. As such, it is now widely regarded as the surf capital of the UK and hosts the National Surfing Championships every year on Fistral Beach. It’s not just surfing here, Newquay offers many other extreme activities which are becoming hugely popular, such as kite-surfing/boarding, para-gliding, kayaking and coasteering. Enough for any adrenalin junkie.

If extreme activity is not your cup of tea then Newquay is a great base to explore Cornwall. There are plenty of historical places of interest, beautiful coastal paths to explore and opportunities to take in the relaxing Cornish atmosphere.

By Road

Guests at The Garden Aparmtent have free parking for one vehicle at the property so it’s easy to bring a car.

If you’re driving, join the A30 via either the M5 (from the West) or the M3 (from London). The roads can get busy in the summer so you be sure to leave enough time for your journey.

By Rail

Newquay rail station is only a few hundred yards away from The Garden Apartment.

It takes 4hrs 45mins (with 1 change) from London, 6hrs (with 1 change) from Birmingham, 8hrs (with at least 1 change) from Manchester, and 10hrs (with at least 1 change) from Glasgow!

By Air

If you decide to fly, the closest airport is Newquay Cornwall airport which is only a 10 min drive from Newquay. Alternatively, you can fly to Plymouth City airport.

There is complusory cleaning charge of £50.00 for each per rental period.

We do not accommodate stag, hen or similar all male/female groups. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings when we deem this to be the case.

The parking space at the rear of the property is only suitable for small /medium cars. Larger vehicles might struggle to fit and we cannot be held responsible if this happens. The Manor Car Park is located only 4 minutes away and there is also street parking nearby subject to availability.
