This light and airy three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom colonial is the perfect space for a large group, with an open concept floor plan and lots of areas, both inside and outside, to hang out and entertain. Situated right on Big Island Pond, the house has unobstructed views of the water and direct water access. It’s great location off of Route 111 with easy access to I-93 makes exploring northern New Hampshire and Boston a breeze.

This beautiful waterfront home is the ideal retreat for anyone looking a little rest and relaxation. The first floor is perfect for entertaining with a huge open concept dining and living area. The space continues with sliding glass doors that open to a large deck with a gas grill overlooking the water. Also on the first floor is a half bath as well as another spacious TV room, great for kids or young adults who want their own area.

Upstairs houses the enormous master suite with floor to ceiling windows and panoramic views of the lake. The bedroom has a plush king bed along with a memory foam queen-sized pullout couch. The en-suite master bath has dual sinks, a large standup shower, and separate soaking tub. Through the bathroom is a sizeable walk-in closet for all of your belongings.

Downstairs you’ll find the other two bedrooms, one with three twins and the other with a queen bed and sliding door access to the porch. There is also a full bath with a standup shower and another full kitchen that leads out into the screened-in porch and spacious backyard.

You’ll have the entire house to yourself and complete access to the outdoor area. In addition to the upstairs deck and screened-in porch downstairs, the spacious backyard has a large grassy area, two docks, and another separate patio area for more al fresco dining.

There is a huge paved driveway out front for your use that can accommodate several cars (6+ cars).

This house is situated right on Big Island Pond in Derry, NH. Located just over the Massachusetts border, Derry sits in between Manchester and Salem, two of New Hampshire’s largest cities. Its location makes it easy to visit several well-know New England cities including Portsmouth, Newburyport and Boston, all of which are within a 45-minute drive.

The house is located off Route 111 with easy access to I-93.

There’s a large driveway in front of the house that can easily fit at least six cars. The entire driveway is for guest use.

GYM EQUIPMENT: There is some basic gym equipment (free weights and bench) and a Peloton in the downstairs bedroom. Guests are welcome to use this equipment, but are liable for any damages.

LAKE TOYS: There are three kayaks and a pedal boat on the premises for guest use. Guests are liable for any damages.

HEATING/AC: There is central air and heat throughout the house, but their controls are separate. Please see the guest manual for operating instructions.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Your safety matters. This property features two exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the side of the house facing out towards the driveway and camera 2 is located at the front door. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are motion-sensor activated and do not record any video or sound.
