THE DECO STUDIO
The studio is beautifully furnished and designed, with a mix of modern and period furniture and with subtle nods to art deco design. With tall ceilings and big windows the space is comfortable, bright and cosy.
The studio is secured via a digital lock (no keys).
SLEEPING
Have a restful deep sleep in the Kingside bed.
Hotel quality, white cotton bed linen and towels.
BATHROOM
The modern bathroom hosts a w/c, sink and shower.
One bath towel and one face towel per person are provided.
LOUNGE AREA
The lounge area consists of a comfortable 2 seater sofa, small coffee table & 43 inch Samsung The Frame wall mounted TV with Netflix & Virgin TV.
DINING AREA
The studio large bay window houses the dining table and chairs perfect for your breakfast. (I recommend the flour pot bakery, 5 min walk for amazing morning croissants).
KITCHEN AREA
The small but perfectly formed kitchenette houses fridge with small freezer compartment. 20ltr combination microwave, oven & grill. Sink and 2 ring ceramic hob and pull out extractor fan.
All crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans are provided.
PARKING
Zone C (Just around the corner, Queens Park Terrace area)
Street parking: £6.50 for 24 hours
– Monday – Sunday: free parking 8pm-9am.
– Monday – Sunday: on street parking 9am-8pm @ £6.50
WALKING: The studio is located in Queens Park which is on top of a hill. Take the low gradient walk along Queens Park Rd or through Queens Park, or a steep gradient walk if you cut through Hanover district.
WALKING DISTANCES: 2 mins Queens Park, 7 mins Kemptown, 12 mins beach. 6 amazing local pubs/restaurants all 5-10 mins away.
BUSES: Direct Bus to Train Station and City Centre from ‘The Pepperpot bus stop’ just 1 min walk from the house. (if you don’t wish to walk)
TAXIS: Typical City Centre / Train Station journey might cost £6-£7
